Nierle.com is a mail-order company (in Germany).
Problem: if something is missing in your order, you may be stuck. It happened to me.
In a nutshell: I ordered (invoice 1523743, September 2008), some products were missing in the delivered parcel, I swaped some mails with them about this, then they refused to send the missing products to me.
After making a fuss there was a mediation and, in November, I receveid the missing goods.
A lesson is as follows: have somebody check the parcels BEFORE signing the delivery slip. If anything is missing or broken, don't accept the delivery.
